Liquid Sunshine, that it is not a favoured oil for aromatherapy and it is a heavy oil although there is no need for caution while applying also it  is said that it is good for treating skin problems, nail strength, for sun protection, irritation, bites, stings, burns, eczema, psoriasis and sensitive, chapped hands. It is also beneficial for heart conditions and compresses for HIV patients. It is also recommended for helping ear ache.

It is also said that it helps maintain elasticity of skin and adds condition and shine to hair. Olive Oil also helps to relieve stiffness because of its warming effect. Olive oil can be used alone.

Rose hip oil

It can be used alone. It can be used for the eye area and should not be mixed with fragrances if this is done. If it is used on the face with a touch of essential oil you should avoid eye area. If there is contact wash the eye area immediately .

It also helps with tissue regeneration, improving skin texture, reducing scars, skin discolouration, friction burns, surgical scars and marks.

Sunflower oil

Good for chest ailments, bronchitis, asthma, rheumatic pain and respiratory problems, sunflower petals and seeds contains inluin  Can be mixed for aromatherapy uses although it is heavy oil there are not any cautions

Unrefined sunflower oil contains useful amounts of essential fatty acids and a high amount of vitamin E and since it is inexpensive can be blended with a variety of other base oils. We personally do not use Sunflower oil, since we find that absorption is not that good as with other carrier oils, and it does tend to leave an oily feeling on the skin. Sunflower oil could be used as a base for a massage blend with other vegetable oils added to enhance the blend, but does not make good massage oil on its own.
